A word from our founder
Fire & Ice was born out of a desire to build a business that would help other people. It started several years ago, after a number of turbulent years personally and professionally, I decided to hit the rest button and begin the search for who I was and who I wanted to be.
So, I’ve spent the past few years researching the best therapies in the world, so I can offer them to you. My career had been staring at me in the face through my personal experiences and now I’m sharing the knowledge with you – welcome to Fire & Ice.
