Lying in bed after another sleepless night having taken laxatives, tired and exhausted, I was in a black hole. No one understood me. I was so so lonely. Food was my only comfort.
From the outside looking in I had EVERYTHING!
An amazing husband and family. Lived in a beautiful house in Halifax and wanted for nothing.
My husband and I had good jobs. We had loving family around us. We had everything that society tells you you need to be happy.
What was happening in my mind and body was a totally different story. Struggling to get out of bed and face the world and go to work.
